
Taken from the top of the Campanile tower in St Mark's Square, Venice, before all the hordes arrived. I love the simplicity of the pattern, with people adding scale and interest in places. It was in shade, so hence the high ISO and noise. Also, pre-350D days, so noise much worse than would be now. I added in an extra row of tables, at the bottom, to complete the pattern. Looks more powerful that way, I think.
Still, an interesting image.

Well, no. I did't like that but I ignored it. I did wonder how much it needed it.
