Calm
In the fields, about 10 miles to the South of Cambridge, last Saturday afternoon. Looking out of the window at the grey skies now, it's hard to remember the weather only a few days ago.
While it's not the most original shot in the world, I like it for the colour combination (I'm colour blind but the blue/yellow pairing is one which works well for me) and also the play of light across the gentle rolling hills.

I like this image a lot. Peaceful and very summery. The colour combination is good too, and the balance between ground and sky is great.
I like this one too, same reasons. The rolling hills add nicely to the sea of yellow.
How are you finding the Sigma 10-20? I'm quite fond of mine. BTW, I found that a Hoya 77mm polarizer fits nicely, no vignetting.
Thanks Colin. I love my superwide. I don't have a polariser for it yet so thanks for the heads up about the Hoya not giving vignetting.
That's the hoya purple, btw. It was quite cheap on ebay.
Yep works for me. Love the detail in the foreground and the strong yellow in the far field. Colours are great; nice sky. Reminds me of Lincolnshire.
